Sanitary Shipping for Those in Need
Due to volunteer availability, our services are only available to those living in the tri-cities (Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles) IL at time of launch. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those outside of our service area.
The availability of products cannot be guaranteed on a daily basis, if a product isn't available, it simply will not be picked up.
The safety of our clients and volunteers is always the top priority, therefore, our team will ALWAYS take sanitation seriously. Vehicles are wiped down before and after every delivery, and team members wear gloves at all times when on duty.
Our volunteers are unable to pick up orders for alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, or prescription medications.
Our service is targeted towards those who need it most, namely people over the age of 60, the immunocompromised, or those who for any other reason cannot leave their house. Our volunteers are happy to help but please be conscientious before placing an order.
