Due to volunteer availability, our services are only available to those living in the tri-cities (Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles) IL at time of launch. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those outside of our service area.

The availability of products cannot be guaranteed on a daily basis, if a product isn't available, it simply will not be picked up.

The safety of our clients and volunteers is always the top priority, therefore, our team will ALWAYS take sanitation seriously. Vehicles are wiped down before and after every delivery, and team members wear gloves at all times when on duty.

Our volunteers are unable to pick up orders for alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, or prescription medications.

Our service is targeted towards those who need it most, namely people over the age of 60, the immunocompromised, or those who for any other reason cannot leave their house. Our volunteers are happy to help but please be conscientious before placing an order.
WHAT WE DO.
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, Geneva's citizens have come together to create GenevaDelivery in order to protect those around us. GenevaDelivery is a delivery service for food and household goods, specifically for those who aren't able to leave their house during these trying times. Anyone is able to request an order in the forms below, and our team of volunteers will pick up, collect, and deliver the order to your house. Our delivery is completely free, however those who order will still have to pay for their products. The information below expands upon our services and how to go about ordering. In the end, our goal is to keep everyone safe and supplied in these challenging times.
FULL DELIVERY
By using the "order here" form below, anyone in Geneva can request specific items from local stores. Our team will then pick up your requests and bring the supplies directly to your front door.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
Many stores are now offering curbside pickup at nearby locations where users order on a store's app and then pickup outside of the store. Our teams can be of help here too. By providing your pickup code and the store location in the "order here" box, we can grab your supplies at the store and bring them directly to your front door.

Fill our the survey below to select what you need or provide your code for curbside pickup. Please format your requests as a list, and specify if you have any brand loyalties that should be followed.
2. RELAX
Sit back and relax while our teams work to fulfill your delivery. You'll receive a text message once your order has been picked up.
3. RECEIVE
Our team will deliver the order to your house, provide a receipt, and collect payment. (With no extra fees of course)

Please fill out the form below to designate what you need, and your delivery address. Due to recent events, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product. If a product isn't available, we will try to find a best substitution; however, if still unavailable, it will be struck from the order. If there are any brand specifications, please specify them while your are filling out the "products" section otherwise, our volunteers will select whatever is available.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
GenevaDelivery charges nothing for our deliver services. Users will be presented with a receipt upon delivery and will only have to pay the volunteers for the store's prices.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Our volunteer drivers are responsible for picking up all orders. They will collect your supplies at the store and bring them straight to your front door.
WHAT IS CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Curbside pickup is a service provided by many larger grocery stores in light of the developing Covid-19 pandemic. Users can order on the app of companies such as Target and Blue Goose to pick up outside of the store. Our volunteers are also happy to pick up and deliver these curbside deliveries too.
WHY DOES THIS SERVICE EXIST?
GenevaDelivery was created due to the Covid-19 pandemic to resupply those at risk. The disease has been shown to be more dangerous to those who are older and immunocompromised, so we are are here to help them reduce their risks of infection by avoiding public areas.
